I paid a $15.00 fee for my State filing (Order # TTDCDLA290495050). Intuit could not send my Federal or State filing in because an update was needed. I went to the Help Center to lean how to update and it said to Quit Turbotax then restart.
I was able to get the updates. I tried to file again, but I couldn't get past the State fee as it didn't recongize that I already had paid the fee. I had to pay again this time $25.00 for my State filing (Order # TTDCDLA290435622).
I would like to know how I can get a refund for the $25.00 I paid extras for filing my State return. This is the only State return I will file for my purchase Turbotax,
