Yes, you can switch between products in TurboTax Online. If your return is more complicated, it will require an upgraded version,
Log into TurboTax.
- Click My Home (Top left)
- Select Personal Info and Continue
- This will bring up a full menu on the Left side..
- On that left menu,
- Scroll down to Switch Products
- Click the down arrow
- You can
- Upgrade
- Downgrade or
- Clear and start over.
- Select what you want to do.
