This has been the worst technical support experience I have ever had. I spent way too much time trying to find a competent "expert". Probably 12 hours of phone time. I could have easilly filled out the IRS form, printed and mailed it in a couple of hours. I ended up giving up and mailing it but the point of using Turbo Tax was to E File.
