I received a letter recently stating I owed for 2013 "school" taxes. I logged into TurboTax only to find out I have to purchase the PLUS edition to access prior year tax returns. So I followed the frustratingly roundabout way of doing that only to find out that the system not only charged my card for the upgrade, but it has also charged my card an additional $29.99 to prepare this year's state taxes for me, which I have already paid for earlier this year. So will I be getting a refund, or do I have to wait until I prepare my taxes with TurboTax next year?
