Form 1098-T, Box 1 reports payments received for qualified tuition and related expenses on a calendar year basis.
As CesarJ suggested, you should try to get a corrected Form 1098-T from the school if you think that your form is not correct. If you are not able to get a corrected form, you can adjust the Form 1098-T to reflect your records when entering the information in TurboTax.
