So, you go to jail if you don't pay taxes and between that you get charged by a private company that you have to choose one. That's just extortion at that point. There should be 0 fees unless they give you direct help from a professional with a degree. That is utter BS to be defending the practice of a govt forcing citizens to pay a third party mafia to pay their taxes that are already overpaid. We all are lending them our money by choice, then they charge us a fee to recover our own money via 3rd party company with no customer service besides call centers in india. Get real.
