Not true that form 8283 will be included if indicated. Form 8283 is required and TurboTax online is not including it in my efile when I am itemizing deductions. The reason one uses the electronic option to file is to avoid filing on paper. A reasonable solution would be to fix the electronic software issue...not to suggest filing via snail mail. Am I missing something?
