Get your taxes done using TurboTax

There is a screen that asks about employer assistance. You mention you used the Turbo Tax App.  If you did this on a phone, you may need to switch to a computer to record this information.

 

Go to Deductions and Credits>Expenses and Scholarships (Form 1098-T) and edit your form. 

 

  1. In the second screen of the interview, it asks if you received?
  2. Here you will check that you received a scholarship, grant or other aid.
  3. Now continue through the interview past the screen where you entered your 1098 T.
  4. There will be a follow-up screen titled Add any other financial aid. Here there is entry you will make reporting the amount of your employer's assistance.
