Why did TurboTax decide to take their ridiculously high charges from my state taxes this year? It was just the motivation I needed.
Every year I say it, but this is the last and final year I'm using this service. There's a free alternative. This is not a threat, this is simply my commitment to myself, my family and to my god up above that I'm done getting ripped off by TurboTax.
