@kateland21 - Sorry for your loss.
If your child was born and died in 2015 and didn't have an SSN, enter “DIED” in column (2) of line 6c (Form 1040 or 1040A) and include a copy of the child's birth certificate, death certificate, or hospital records. The document must show that the child was born alive.
You will have to print and mail file to do that.
