Filed solely on fact I was getting advance. Now I'm being ignored after I filed. Fraud. I don't have a phone because can't pay bill because didn't get advance so I can't get help. I have screen recording of process because I read all the bad reviews about it being fraud, and glad I did because I'm about to own TurboTax if I dont get a response. Where is my refund advance?
