Just installed the January 31st updates from a freshly opened TurboTax program (Windows desktop) and looked at the print preview at the end and Form 8283 is there. It was properly populated for all of the donations that met the requirements for Form 8283.
I appreciate everyone jumping in on this thread. I think that many voices gives a higher probability to an issue being addressed.
Hopefully the fix worked for everyone else having the problem also.
I resubmitted my taxes to all three filing localities I need. Fingers crossed!
