I have this same problem on TurboTax online and I already paid for the premium. TurboTax does not carry over the gambling losses from the schedule A. I verified this by forcing a charitable donation in the same amount to generate the IT-196. It shows my donation and gambling losses on schedule A but it shows 0 gambling losses on IT-196. The software is broken and there for the 100% guarantee by turbo tax is invalid!
