I spoke to someone today and she assured me that they are working on this, but it could take a few days to update. I deleted my history/cache on my browser, then I went to the Tax Tools and deleted the old form 8283, along with all of the contributions over $500 and then re-entered them. I did have a form (don't know if it was form 8283) and I filled it out as best as I could (it was a strange form and it took many steps to even be able to fill it out) and it did have the correct date for one contribution, but I had 3 and it never came up again for the other contributions. I also use the online version.
I told them what happened and all they could say is that the program will update soon and to try tomorrow. So frustrating!! I put in for a refund and if it doesn't resolve itself soon, I will find another program.
