Hello so I am a license exempt provider I provide care for my sisters children. I received a letter saying that she has to provide me a w2 if I watched the kids at her house. But the problem that we’re coming into is that I watch them at my house and her house depending on the situation but the children are mostly at my house and not hers. So under these circumstances would she have to provide me a w2 or do I file a section c?
