I am having the same problem. I use the online version. Turbo Tax says: "This return cannot be filed at this time due to a processing error that will be corrected on January 31st, 2026. On or after this date, open the rejected return, review it for errors, and resubmit the return for electronic filing." It is now Jan. 31 and nothing has changed.
I went in and deleted all my non-cash contributions that were over $500 and then put them back in, but I never got a prompt for the form besides it asking me some questions about this contribution about how much I paid for it and if I had it over a year.
I will try to talk to someone at Turbo Tax later today when someone is there and hopefully they can help me. If nothing can be done, I will ask for a refund (who knows if they will give it to me) and I will go somewhere else.
I will keep checking here if any of you have any solutions?
