TECHNICAL ISSUE: Form 8283 will not populate in my return. Filing rejected

I filed my taxes with the desktop version of TurboTax Deluxe on January 26, 2026.  I received notification on January 28, 2026 that all three of my returns which were e-filed (Fed, NY and NJ) were rejected.  The reasoning stated was that for the federal return, Form 8283, NoncashCharitableContributions, was not included.  And the states' filings were rejected because the federal filing was rejected.

When I went to check on the status of the form 8283 on the Intuit site, it said it would be made available on January 31st.  Today is January 30th and the Intuit form status page shows that it was made available for both e-filing and for printing.

I opened and updated my desktop TurboTax and it downloaded updates as of January 29, 2026.  I am still not seeing Form 8283 in my list of forms when I go to save and print the file, just before submitting for e-file.

When I go to "View" and "Forms" in the drop down on the top taskbar in the software, it pulls up the detailed list of forms contained within my current tax filing.  It lists Form 8283, but the only section populated in the form is my name and the charity that would need the additional information filled out.  Nothing else is filled in.

There is a clearly a technical issue with the desktop software in this instance.  In prior year's, Form 8283 was automatically populated based on the information input in the Donations section of the federal filing information.  (Albeit, ItsDeductible was the route I used for inputting charitable donation information until Intuit sunsetting the program this past October).

I cannot file my taxes successfully without Form 8283 populating properly.  I have also tried to call Intuit numbers to get a human on the phone to help with the technical issue, however the system keeps running me in a circle where it tells me to buy Tax Advice.  I don't need tax advice.  I need a pathway to inform someone at Intuit that their program is having a technical issue.  Can someone please let me know if this is known issue/when it might be resolved/how or whom I can contact to get it addressed?  Thanks in advance for your time.
