I have used TurboTax for several years but this year I had to buy a new computer because the old one would not run Windows 11. I put the old tax PDF's on the new computer but Turbo Tax would not read them. My taxes are a little complicated so I really wanted to avoid some typing. I first tried the online version but it would not read my PDF files. I called and a clerk told me it was a known problem thata would be fixed the next week. It wasn't so I purchased a new Win 11 computer but it still is not able to read my PDF files that I can print perfectly from.
WHY?
