When you click Review on an item on the screen titled "Let's finish pulling in your investment income", then click Skip Import, you would then click on the investment type - Interest, Dividends, etc. - before it would take you to the screen pre-populated with the information from last year. If you select the wrong type - for example, you clicked on the Interest square when you should have clicked on Dividends - that would cause the screen to no longer pre-populate with last year's information.
