This error message is usually because you chose the option that you have a 1095-A during the interview. When you receive a 1095-A from the Healthcare Marketplace, you are required to complete Form 8962.
If you didn't receive a 1095-A, and selected Yes accidentally, you can go back and change your answer to No.
If you received a 1095-A, you will need to complete Form 8962. Note that you aren't able to prepare Form 8962 on the Free Edition. You will need to upgrade to the Deluxe edition or higher.
If, after upgrading, you still receive this error, delete the form, and re-enter the information. This will usually resolve the error.
