After you enter your W-2, you will come to a screen that says "Let's Check for Uncommon Tax Situations", and has a list of checkboxes. One of the checkboxes is for "Overtime." When you checkmark that item, it should then know to present questions about your overtime to see if you are qualified and figure the deduction. If any of the other checkboxes on the "Uncommon Tax Situations" screen also apply to you, then so indicate.
