All the older versions will open on Windows 11.
Intuit really does not want you to go to Windows 11 because you will still own your data. They want you to go to their remote server (aka the cloud) so that they own your data.
Since I have decades of turbo tax I have purchased a Windows 11 laptop for situations like this.
