I am an indivdual trying to use turbo tax windows for the perhaps 40th year in a row and I can't get 2026 TT to enter the data from paper and pdf copies of 1099s like I always could. TT now insists on trying to import data from the institutions on my last return and FAILS. The usual list of past 1099s doesn't show up for me to step through and type the two or three numbers I usually did.
