I'm doing my 2025 taxes in Turbo Tax Premier desktop. Currently working on RRB 112.099's. In the 1099R section, it asks for Medicare premium total from box 12. My 1099R Medicare Premium Total is in box 11 and the RRB form 1099R does not even have a box 12. This seems like it could cause a major problem with the IRS.
