TurboTax emails me daily urging me to login and work on my taxes. Evidently they don't know
I’d love to finish my taxes however their product isn’t operational for me. I can’t submit a 1099-R income form with TurboTax because it's not able to perform that task yet. You know email is an asynchronous form of communication meaning we both don't have to talk in real time. Where as the telephone requires synchronous communication. Why is it preferable for Turbotax to communicate asynchronously with me but prohibits me from doing the same with them? It's frustrating.
