No, form 3903 has to do with moving expenses, it has nothing to do with 1099-Rs.
The bug is just in the email alert system; it means you can't sign up to get an alert when 1099-Rs are fully supported in TurboTax 2025. It doesn't imply there will be any problem with 1099-R processing once they are supported.
There is an early post which indicated 1099-Rs will be supported in the 1/21 update. We can all check after that to see if that is correct.
