Hello so I just learned that I work in a township but I currently live in city. I noticed on my w2 form that they didn't withhold or take out any local taxes but they had a school district tax form I filled out and I checked the percentage for that and it was 0.00%. I never had this before so I was just curious if I will owe anything or if I have to do anything different.
