I also have health forms that are salary specific that I do for my daughter every year for her to receive extra benefits because of her birth defect. I'm not sure that if we filed together if it would impact her being kicked out of the program because together we make more, but it's still under $100K. At this point, I'm just looking for all tips on how to proceed while still maximizing our return, whether it's together or separate.
