In online versions to delete a form:
- Sign into your account and select the 'take me to my return' button
- Select Tax Tools, Tools
- Select Delete a form
- Scroll list to delete the form
In desktop versions:
- Select Forms mode in upper right corner of screen
- Scroll list for the form
- Select form and delete when it loads on the right side
