If a customer purchases the TurboTax 2025 Windows Desktop Deluxe Federal+State version but doesn't need the State feature, can the Deluxe Federal Only version be downloaded instead and activated with with "+State" product key? If not, during installation of the "+State" version it is possible to specify NOT to install the state aspects of the software so the resulting installation ends up being the same as the Federal-Only version?
