It's IMPOSSIBLE you didn't know because when you signed up for Vine it required you input your Tax ID and notified you that all items received are reported as cash per their value and anything over $600 is reportable. I know because I'm part of the Vine program. Just because you ignored all of the text when you input your info and clicked through everything doesn't absolve you of the responsibility.
