UPDATE: I am posting this as a reply because I cannot update the original post. I had to mail my amended tax return for 2023 to the IRS because I was unable to do electronically due to Turbo Tax not letting me. The IRS confirmed online that they received my amended return on May 20th 2025. It is now Jan. 3, 2026 and I have not received any response.
