I have been divorced over a year.i recently recived letter that owe amount from year 2019.i never knew as ex husband health with it.we always filed jointly.I never worked in 2019 as I was stay home home. I have 3 kids with part time job and I do need refund.what form I can apply with my tax return so this liability remove and I get refund amount .please help. Can I do file the form with my tax return?
