As a CFE there is no way that I am comfortable imputing and filing my or my family's tax returns online (not as secure and I believe that it has been hacked in the past). Also, online is single use whereas download allows 5 returns. And Microsoft does not the chip (not on approved list) in my computer so I can't upgrade to Win 11 without spending $$$ for a decent new computer.
I guess I will be leaving TurboTax after over 20 years as a loyal user.
