I had help from a patient advocate on my 2024 federal return. She used turbotax which required the filing to be mailed. I never mailed 2024. how do i fix her mistakes

she used documents from the wrong tax year. By not mailing the filing, I've never recorded anything with the IRS. I just need my turbotax filing in order to correct her errors so I can file.
