ordered turbotax on 11 December. Have received nothing other than Amazon indication i have order the product. they have emailed turbotax at least 3 times, receiving no replies. Can't call turbotax, as they have no one that works for them, except the ai tool to weed out calls.
There are no links, confirmations, product codes, etc.
