1. Sign into the account you used to purchase TurboTax 2024 using this link: https://accounts.intuit.com/
2. Navigate to "Products & Billing"
3. Select the "Payments" tab & the order number will be listed.
You can also try using a key word search within your email inbox for "TurboTax" as well to see if a reciept populates.
