I just tried to open TurboTax that I purchased and filed my tax return from last year. After downloading all the updates, it required me to sign into my Intuit account, which I did. Now it wants me to enter my 16-digit activation code???? I purchased this software and have already used it. This was all done initially through their online verification process at the beginning of the year? Where am I supposed to get a verification code? This company has gone to hell!
