I purchased Turbo Tax 2024 from Software USA and it turned out that the software was corrupted. After over 12 hours on the phone with multiple Turbo Tax support teams, including attempting to download a new copy, Intuit disowned responsibility for the product since it was not purchased from them. The corruption resulted in my having to file taxes by paper and the software generating multiple errors which resulted in late fees from both NY and PA state tax authorities.
My outcome was that I an still waiting for my large NY state refund and had to respond to multiple rounds of inquiries from PA state tax authority. I will never purchase TurboTax from a third company vendor again.
