Did you ever receive your refund? This same thing is happening to me. Filed mid February. It is now the beginning of December. I have a congressman helping me with it. I was also told to send a letter from the employer with all my wages & had to have a letterhead with the business information & signed & dated by the owner of the business. I did all that but, the government was on shutdown when I sent it in so I was told I had to wait til they reopened. It's been a few weeks since they reopened & I have tried contacting them several times. Still nothing.
