I am following the steps outlined in the TurboTax Help files. However, I cannot get past the "We're glad you're here!" screen after I log in. I started preparing a tax return earlier this year but never finished (my accountant handled the return). So, I am stuck.
There is apparently no phone number or human chat I can go to.
How do i get a copy of my TurboTax prepared 2020 tax return?
