- My spouse is American and has been using Turbo Tax to file tax return for a long time.
- I am not a U.S. citizen/resident but I got an ITIN number. I don't live in the U. S.
- We have been filing jointly since we got married.
Questions:
- Can I use his Turbo tax account to file the tax return this year? What do I need to pay attention to?
- How is the tax refund going to be delivered? I don't live in the U. S.
- Am I correct in that I don't need to file for tax to IRS in the future as I am not a U. S. citizen?
