My mom passed away this year (6/2025). I am using the TT Business desktop software to complete a Federal Estate Income Tax Return, because I received a 1099-S from the Title Company. I was not on the title for the home, I am both the Affiant and the only heir/beneficiary. The estate sold the home. The FMV was about $121k, the sale ended up being $137k, the capital gains was about $10k. I muddled through the Federal, got to the State and Oregon is missing from the list of supported states. This estate was a Small Estate Affidavit. All other assets amounted to less than $5k. Nothing is generating ongoing income - am I required to file a fiduciary Oregon return?
