I doubt the likes of a Dell or HP is going to pay Intuit for not supporting Windows 10.
It's more likely they simply want to wean users off desktop installs. I read a post by a desktop user several weeks ago who wrote that there was some sort of page (question) in the program that inquired as to whether they wanted to ditch desktop and switch to online.
