I need to load TT 2023 to reprint returns but am being required to reactivate the software. I get an error saying the license code is assigned to a different account.

I also had similar problems activating 2024 after trying to run it last month. An agent helped then, but now I can't get the chat AI to connect me with an agent 'until I start working on a new return.
