No option in my account to do an amendment online. Only to do 2024 taxes/ Online version for costing more than desktop seems to have limitations. No option to import into 2024 desktop so I had to hand enter the info for 2024 as if it was my first year filing.
And no way to see any of the worksheet calculations as my 2023 pdf file only had what was sent to IRS.
Google AI seems to indicate I should have a .tax2023 file download in my account and two intuit accountants said I should. One had me request data through my account saying that would get me my file, but only got a link to download the PDF.
I did find the option to download a zip file with data through the Data and Privacy screen, and that has a folder called TurboTaxUS with several pdf files which contained my filed taxes plus another file with worksheet calculations, but no .tax2023 file.
