Get your taxes done using TurboTax

H&R Block 2026 {for 2025 Tax year) Just went on pre-sale and I looked at the requirements which still state Windows 10 and above. I hope this finally answers the question for everybody clearly and without any ambiguity. H&R Block does and will support Windows 10 for the upcoming tax filing season. Intuit, I am an IT professional and you don't know how many of your customers are now looking for alternatives to your software due to this oversight. I would highly suggest, even at this late date, to make some kind of change and support Windows 10 through at least next year. I have received calls from multiple business customers about QuickBooks for the same reason. They are disgusted that they have the extended upgrade path, which they paid for, and now Intuit has dropped support so quickly. There may have been higher security in Windows 11 but it's not going to matter if they're using somebody else's software.
