What I don't understand is why can't TurboTax to let its users just enter the way the form is provided and if it needs to use separate worksheets, just generate it automatically. Imagine if this is just downloaded from a financial institution, why would it ask users to do the repetitive manual entry work?
We are in an era of AI that robots can understand complex documents, why Intuit still has this horrendous software is beyond me.
