I have tried to re-order See below

I got your notice to  "reserve" my software.  I wanted to reorder, but after I saw all the correct information, including my charge details, there was nothing to click except "New Product".  When I did that, it took me to a totally new page.I want to sign up to renew TurboTax, but I don't see any option to click after I reach my account and charge information. Instead, I see "new product," and when I click on that, it takes me somewhere else.  
 
I called the "help" number, and she could say nothing but how she would help me get to my "account".  I was screaming at one time:  "I AM ALREADY IN MY ACCOUT BUT DON'T KNOW WHAT TO CLICK"  But of course she said, over and over ad nauseam the same thing.  I gave up. 
 
Why do you make it so hard?  I am 91 years old and have been using TurboTax and Quicken for 30 years.  That may not be the exact number, but it's been a long time.  You could have a "check out" box, but no, it says "New Product".  Please provide me with an answer or a phone number that is not a bot, which only has a few phrases.  What a world.    I have kept up well, but I have had it with all the silly permutations.  Martha Carmichael  [phone number removed]      ALL I WANT IS TO REORDER!
