I have purchased the activation code for the product. I have gone to installturbotax.com and the 2024 products are the only products offered. I have called the desktop support number and navigated the automated menu to the point where it knows that I need help with downloading the 'previous years tax software'. Upon saying yes it defaults into a decision tree on an amended return issues and will not allow any other options. I have done this 4 times with the same result. I have sent a message to TurboTax on X asking for help with no response. It is very hard for me to understand why there is not a simple download link for the 2023 product line.
I hesitate to install the 2024 download product and use my activation code in it, but if this will activate the 2023 product I will. Any help is appreciated.
